- Flat rates. No fuel charges, no per-mile fees, no surprise line items inside 92037.
- Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead; inside 24 hours is billed at 50%.
- Boarding holds a 30% deposit; the balance is due on the first day of care.
- Holiday rate applies to Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, Dec 22–Jan 2.
- Meet-and-greet is always free and always required before the first booking.
- Payment by Zelle or Venmo.
